The European Data Protection Board has developed a Data Protection Guide for small business as part of its 2021-2023 Strategy. The Guide is available here https://edpb.europa.eu/sme-data-protection-guide/home_en and includes useful information, videos, interactive tools as well as realistic examples based on the 5-year implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which can help SMEs fulfil their obligations and comply with the GDPR.
In addition, the Guide includes useful tools for SMEs developed by national supervisory authorities, including the Greek Data Protection Authority (see here https://edpb.europa.eu/sme-data-protection-guide/practical-resources-for-smes_en).
The EDPB Guide is currently available in English and will be made available in other EU languages over time.
